Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once it has shipped.
During peak periods or promotional sales, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Carrier
Crown Hair Supply ships exclusively via UPS. We have an active UPS account and all packages are fully insured and trackable from the moment they leave our facility.

Free Shipping
We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders totaling $150 or more (before taxes and after discounts). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your package at ups.com/track or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Crown Hair Supply is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at [email protected] — we can only make changes before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected]. We will work with UPS to file a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
