Returns & Exchanges

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Eligible Items

Items returned within 14 days of delivery date

Unworn, unaltered, and in original condition

All original tags and packaging intact

No signs of use, styling products, or odors

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, or styled

Items with removed tags or damaged packaging

Final sale or clearance items (marked at time of purchase)

Items returned after the 14-day window

Gift cards

For hygiene reasons, all hair products must be in completely unaltered condition. We inspect all returns upon receipt and reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

    Contact Us

    Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

    Receive Authorization

    We will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 1–2 business days.

  3. 03

    Ship Your Item

    Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  4. 04

    Receive Your Refund or Exchange

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different length, color, or style, subject to availability. If the exchange item is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.

To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and specify the item you'd like in exchange in your initial email.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
