Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may not begin processing until the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping At this time, we ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Lost or Damaged Packages Crown Hair Supply is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days at inofo@crownhairsupply.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS Standard Shipping only. Expedited and overnight options are not available for these addresses.
