- Store credit
- Alternative resolution at our discretion
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Worn wigs
- Altered or customized items
Approved Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to reflect.
